SERVICE TIMELINE:

Constant Communication: Initial kick-off meeting followed by weekly check-ins (in-person or via phone/video chat).
Pre-planning Conceptualization: Establishing the theme, design, and/or vibe.
Identifying priorities and establishing constraints with regards to budget & timeline: How much are you able to spend on your wedding, and how long do we have to put together the plan?
Budget Planning & Management: Ongoing tracking of how much you’re spending.
Vendor Research: Finding and booking the right people to deliver on your vision.

Project Timeline Maintenance: Setting and managing deadlines for priorities and to-dos.
Contract Maintenance: Reviewing and managing all vendor contracts - ensuring everything is accurate and in alignment.
Vendor Partnership: Ongoing communication regarding orders, quantities, etc.

Venue Walkthrough: Venue visit with couple to align vision with how it relates to the space.
Day-of Timeline Creation: Determining when events of the day will happen.
Venue Layout Plan: Determining where tables will be set up in relation to decor and activities.
Vendor Alignment: Communicating final timeline, venue layout, final quantities, other expectations for the day.
